Chauffeur Service Terms & Conditions
At AYA hillside villa (hereinafter referred to as “our salon”), we are pleased to offer a complimentary, reservation-only chauffeur service using a TESLA Model X for guests with confirmed treatment appointments. This exclusive service is available between Okayama Station or Okayama Airport and our salon.
We kindly ask that you read and agree to the following terms and conditions prior to using this service.
| Article 1 – Eligibility | This service is available exclusively to guests who have a confirmed reservation for treatment at our salon. One accompanying adult guest may also be included in the ride. |

| Article 2 – Reservation Requirement | 1. This service is available by advance reservation only, and must be requested when booking your treatment. 2. When applying for the service, please provide the following details: • Preferred pick-up/drop-off location (Okayama Station or Okayama Airport) • Desired pick-up time • Number of passengers (maximum of 2 adults) • Full name of your accompanying guest, if applicable 3. Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate your preferred time due to scheduling or traffic conditions. |

| Article 3 – Passenger Limitations | 1. The vehicle can accommodate up to two adult passengers only. 2. Children and pets are not permitted to ride in the vehicle. 3. If the actual number or identity of passengers differs from your initial reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the service on the day. |

| Article 4 – Service Area & Timing | 1. This service is available exclusively between Okayama Station or Okayama Airport and our salon. 2. Pick-up and drop-off times will be arranged with consideration for traffic and road conditions. 3. Please be punctual. In the case of a significant delay without notice, we may not be able to provide the service. |

| Article 5 – Disclaimer | 1. Delays, changes, or cancellations may occur due to weather, traffic, vehicle issues, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from such disruptions. 2. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our salon assumes no responsibility for any personal or property damage arising during the use of this service. |

| Article 6 – Vehicle Etiquette To ensure a safe and pleasant environment, we kindly request the following during your ride: |
• No smoking or eating • No loud conversations • Please refrain from using strong-scented cosmetics or perfumes |
